Who we are

Lone Oak Integration Partners, based in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, provides disciplined, operationally grounded support for private equity roll-ups, healthcare platforms, and multi-site organizations. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, turning complex transitions into predictable outcomes.

We specialize in Day-One readiness, diligence-to-close execution, and post-acquisition integration that balances operational precision with organizational calm. Whether navigating the nuances of a bolt-on acquisition, stabilizing a fast-growing platform, or establishing scalable processes across a multi-site organization, Lone Oak brings structure, clarity, and trusted partnership to every phase of growth.

Our approach is hands-on, detail-driven, and tailored to the realities of PE-backed operations. We help leadership teams reduce friction, streamline decision-making, and build the operational foundation needed for sustainable expansion.

From diligence to Day One—and every step beyond—we’re the partner who ensures the work gets done.

Leadership

Tracy Maddoux, Founder and CEO, is an integration and operational transitions leader with deep experience guiding PE-backed healthcare organizations through complex acquisitions and large-scale organizational change. Her work spans diligence-to-close execution, Day-One planning, post-acquisition rollouts, operational stabilization, and multi-site process alignment.

Before founding Lone Oak Integration Partners, Tracy served in senior leadership roles within healthcare operations and private-equity-backed platforms. Her background as a licensed clinical social worker gives her an uncommon advantage in integration work: an ability to read teams, navigate ambiguity, establish trust quickly, and move organizations through high-stakes change with clarity and calm.

Tracy has led regional operations for multi-state platforms, overseen due diligence and post-LOI transitions, developed onboarding frameworks, and project-managed major system implementations across dozens of sites. She is known for her structured approach, sharp intuition, and practical, people-centered leadership style.

Today, she partners with PE firms, operators, and founders to build integration plans that actually work in the real world, bringing operational discipline, emotional intelligence, and hands-on problem solving to every engagement.
